Bruce Parncutt’s career spans over 40 years in investment management, investment banking and stock broking.
This includes seven years as Chief Executive of listed securities firm McIntosh Securities (1990 – 1996) and three years as Senior Vice President of Merrill Lynch (1997 – 1999) following its acquisition of McIntosh Securities in 1996.
Bruce’s experience includes extensive involvement in financial analysis, merger and acquisition transactions, capital-raisings, and investment in companies across a broad spectrum from early stage to mature public companies.
He holds a Bachelor of Science, an MBA, and is a Senior Associate of the Financial Services Institute of Australasia.
Bruce was recognised as Officer in the Order of Australia in the 2016 Queen’s Birthday Honours List for distinguished service to the community as a philanthropist (particularly in arts and education) and as an advocate and supporter of charitable causes, and to business and commerce.
Craig advises a diversified range of Australian and international clients on public market takeovers, takeover defence, acquisitions, divestments, strategic reviews and capital raisings.
Over more than 20 years, Craig has advised on more than 50 completed roles with a value of more than A$14 billion.
Craig joined Lion Capital in 2012 as Managing Director after being the head of the Melbourne office of Gresham. Previously, Craig was a Director at UBS and at Deutsche Bank after commencing his career at Arthur Andersen Corporate Finance and Shell Australia.
Craig has a Master of Applied Finance and Bachelor of Commerce (Honours in Economics) from The University of Melbourne.
Christopher (Chris) is an Australian-leading corporate strategist who adds long-term shareholder value to Lion Capital’s valued relationship clients and investee companies.
Chris’ strengths include industry and company analysis, strategy formulation, profit improvement and stakeholder engagement and facilitation. He has developed, and works with, a unique approach to strategic planning that enables companies to move swiftly from intent to sustainable outcomes.

Over more than 30 years, corporate clients advised by Chris have included CSL, Merrill Lynch, Schroder Investment Management plc, Independent Newspapers plc, Interface Corporation, National Foods, The A2 Milk Company, Qantas, AWB Limited, APN News & Media, and Trans Pacific Industries. In the not-for-profit arena he has advised, amongst others, Geelong Grammar School, The Australian Conservation Foundation, The National Gallery of Victoria, The University of Melbourne, The National Heart Foundation and The Australian Ballet.
Chris holds an honours degree in Economics and Commerce from the University of Melbourne (1968).
Greg has spent over 30 years working in financial markets with most of the last 20 in funds management. He joined Lion Capital in 2013 after 12 years at Wallara Asset Management, most recently as a Director. At Wallara Greg was part of a team managing high conviction Australian equity portfolios for large institutions and private clients. His role involved in stock analysis and selection, portfolio construction, trade execution and management of private client portfolios.
Greg Holds a Master of Applied Finance from Macquarie University and a Bachelor of Business Studies (Accounting) from RMIT. He is also a member of the Australian Corporate Reporting Users Forum and Secretary of the Mittagundi Outdoor Education Centre.
Mary joined Lion Capital in 2013 as an Associate Director and has several years of investment banking experience. Previously, Mary was a Vice President at Deutsche Bank in the Mergers and Acquisitions team, where she worked on a number of cross-border transactions, including the Minmetals hostile bid for Equinox. Prior to that, Mary worked at Lazard (Carnegie Wylie) where she was involved in a wide variety of transactions, including advising Newcrest on the acquisition of Lihir, Coles Group on the sale to Wesfarmers, and a number of other takeover, defence and strategic advisory roles. She commenced her career working with managing consulting firm Stern Stewart and then Rothschild.
Mary holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours in Finance) from The University of Melbourne, a Masters of Practising Accounting from Monash University and has completed the Chartered Financial Analyst program.
Josh is an Associate with a 5 year background in Accounting and Finance. Prior to joining Lion Capital, Josh worked at Pitcher Partners in the Corporate Finance and Business Advisory and Assurance division. Josh has also worked in the United States of America (Silicon Valley) providing accounting, consulting and compliance services to venture backed and closely held companies.
Josh holds a Bachelor of Accounting and Finance from Monash University and is a member of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand.
Chief Financial Officer
Cindie is a Chartered Accountant with over 20 years of experience in accounting and risk management. She joined Lion Capital in 2012 as Chief Financial Officer.
Prior to joining Lion Capital Cindie worked in Australia and the UK in a range of accounting disciplines and industries, including Chief Financial Officer for Aglo Systems, Client Advisor at the Myer Family Company and Senior Manager at PriceWaterhouseCoopers.
Cindie holds a Bachelor of Business (Accounting) from the Queensland University of Technology and a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance & Investment from the Securities Institute of Australia.
Andrew joined Lion Capital in 2016 with a background in Accounting and Property Development & Management. Prior to working with Lion Capital he gained international experience while based in the United Kingdom for several years working with R.W Baird and Rextrek Group. He also has Private Family Office experience with Salerno Group as an Investment Officer and Analyst.
Andrew gained a Bachelor of Business Management (Hons) from Regents University during his time in London.
Chelsea joined Lion Capital in 2014 with over eight years of experience in providing administrative support to senior executives.
Chelsea previously worked as a sales coordinator for the Victorian Radio Network. Prior to that, she worked as an Administrator in the superannuation industry including Mercer in New Zealand and AEGON in Scotland.
